I can’t say enough good things about Lauryn and the rest of the team here! From day one, they have been nothing but kind, attentive, and incredibly reliable. Every time I need something—whether it’s supplies, an appointment, or just a simple question answered—they always make sure I’m taken care of without any hassle or delay. It’s rare to find a medical team that is both efficient and compassionate, but they get it right every time. I’m beyond grateful for their care and support, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My youngest daughter had to have two different sleep studies (before and after surgery). She was 8 years old, and Jaquita made her feel so comfortable. I thought I wouldn’t be able to sleep either, but it was such a comfortable environment.
I was visiting from out of town and had a part of my cpap mask broke. I called High Plains Center, and they GAVE me a sample part that was perfect for what I needed. They could have charged me for a new part, but they had a sample and bailed me out of a jam. The people there CARE about people!! What a wonderful experience I had there. If I lived in this area, I would definitely use them, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
Great staff helps make an uncomfortable situation far more palatable. And if you have followup questions, call Laura. She will take the time to answer every question with a great attitude.
