Everything was great. Excellent staff, accommodation, etc. Well lit hallways for restroom access. There is a small blinking light in the room, so I wished I had remembered my sleep mask. However, with other leads attached, it might not have been helpful. I covered my head. They’ll give you a small bottle of water or two if requested, but I like a glass, so I took my own on my second visit. I highly recommend this facility.
As a mother, it was painful to watch my son spend about six months trying to get a clear answer from High Plains Sleep Disorders Center while dealing with a serious sleep-related health issue. He and his assistant followed up many times by phone and email, yet there seemed to be no clear resolution for months. If the center was not able or willing to help, that should have been communicated directly and early on.
