So I just got off the phone a gal named Erica. I had a question about the discount card and I was telling her no about something and trying to explain myself and she told me go ahead all rude and then after I allowed her to talk to me, she then proceeded to be to be rude and tell me let’s back track and see why you can’t understand that? Great communication.love this office. Only one bad Dr. In a year.
I've been in a few times lately seen like 3 different providers every time they all made me like I was nothing. The PA's were all nice. My visit today with Nathan Culberson, MD he had way more companion towards me. Listened to me and made me feel very comfortable. 100% recommend seeing MD, Culberson everytime.
It's so hard to establish yourself with a Dr. When you see a new one evwrytime you go. It's sad when you have to bring in Dr.s from around the state. The staff isn't the friendliest for a small town. They act like it's a burden for us to even be there.
