Karen is amazing very helpful and professional. Explains everything well. She also makes sure you understand the importance of taking care of your product.
The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Karen explained the testing to my daughter in a very kid friendly way and my daughter had a smile the whole time. Great experience!!!
