Camila uses a combination of cupping, myofascial decompression and release, nerve gliding, and more! She is extremely talented in reading the body, how everything works together, and how the body responds to therapy. I have gone through multiple forms of therapy to include deep tissue massage and dry needling, Camila is the only therapist who has given me actual, long lasting relief from my chronic pain. Camila is the best sports massage therapists ever! I had problems with knees and shoulders caused by years of neglect and military service, and she helped me with the pain. She was very through and methodical, she worked with me, and she even showed me the proper way to run to avoid sending a shock up my knee and the proper way to do pushups to avoid stressing my shoulders.
