Waste of money and unresponsive when you raise issues. I didn't have a program for a lot of the time I had ON the program, including through a change of trainer for no explained reason. When I raised the issue, I got a generic email response that fobbed me off. Just don't.
I signed up for a 6-month fitness program with High Performance Mums. Due to unforeseen health issues, I had to cancel my participation and was graciously approved by my coach for the same. However, my experience with their payment handling and customer service has been nothing short of abysmal. Despite facing technical difficulties with their payment platform, OpenPay, I was still held liable to pay the remaining balance. I think it's a good program, however i expected more accoutability and coaching. Personally dont see the program being worth $2400. Just be careful paying upfront. I would go week by week option. If you get sick they won't refund. I dont like leaving bad reviews for anyone but signing up feels like it was a bad decision financially for me.
Great program with fantastic support and guidance every step of the way. So much helpful information to walk you through the changes needed.
