The service sucks. I brought a vehicle 10/31/25. It needs a new transmission. I received no help from anyone especially the GM. After a diagnostic of the vehicle, the Mechanic stated transmission is shot and that it is a preexisting condition. The warranty will not cover the costs to replace transmission, so I was sold a LEMON and basically am screwed by them knowingly selling a car with severe mechanical issues.
