From the first email through the final piece of the home, Karen and her team were incredible to work with. With a particularly difficult lot, I never felt alone with HPMH on my side. They worked tirelessly and made sure our family had the perfect home. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build, and would not hesitate to use them again. Very professional and timely. When Karen gives a timeline she follows through.I would recommend HP Modular Homes to anyone looking at Modular’s. The fixtures aren’t the cheap no name brands that are usually installed in prefab home ,they are quality brand name fixtures.The homes are heavily built and the finished work done by Karen and crew is very nice. We are very happy with how the house finished out.
