Karen Gagne with HPM pulled through with her crew to finish the interior design of our Main Street location in Newport, Vermont. Karen’s professional expertise was on point with our vision for design. They worked fast with a high quality product. We highly recommend High Performance Modular for any project you may have.
Karen and her team did a great job getting me into my new home as quickly as possible. Would recommend for anyone not looking to go through the hassles of traditional onsite stick build construction.
We highly recommend HP Modular Homes. The quality of the construction is excellent. Karen worked with us through the entire process and was readily available to answer any questions. We moved into our home within 6 months of signing the final contract as promised. Upon completion, Karen promptly corrected the few minor issues that arose. Absolutely terrible quality. After seeing cracks in the corners, which I was told were "normal settling," I realized there were half-inch gaps between the sheetrock. Very untrustworthy and I would suggest anyone avoid this company at all costs. I'll post pictures here.
