Had HP for many years. Now it is a 2 men show. You are lucky when they show up 2 x per month. It is a shame - the owner is a pleasant person, but his workers are ruining his business.
Do the bare minimum and don’t expect more. Spray weeds once a month meanwhile weeds everywhere. Owner is never on site when work is being done so work is mediocre at best ( usually worse) One month they decided not to show up until midway through the month LOL had high hopes for this company but unfortunately those expectations where not met.
We had some landscape upgrades done at our home and couldn't be happier with how everything looks months later, Greg was always attentive in coming back to make sure everything was alive and healthy. The crew was also clean, and took care of all details. Thank you HP
