Inquired about redoing ceiling texture, they said they needed to do a paint test patch to determine if it was a paint or drywall/texture problem and make a recommendation. They did an approx. 5x5 test patch of primer on my ceiling and just left it. When asked if they were going to repair the test patch with paint they said they weren’t painters. Now I have fix the test patch. Generally not friendly, and do not accept credit card as payment, making them inconvenient to do business with.
They have done a number of houses for me & everyone has turned out perfect. Professional, quality work & they do what they say they will do.
