This place should not be called a hospital. My dog suffered an eye injury, I called from the road saying I was on my way. They told me not to bring her. This is where I took my dog before so it's not like I just pulled any number out of the phone book. I'm frantic now, asking, what do I do? Uhhmmm, you could try Burlington. Thanks, I'll never use or recommend you again.
RecommendedI have only been twice so far with my new kittens, but both experiences have been great! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend.
We just started using Happy Tails Animal Hospital (referred by a friend) and are thrilled with the professionalism, common sense, true care, and concern for our animals. This is the way it should be. Too many animal animal hospitals are owned by corporations these days and something got lost in the process. If you want genuine compassion and knowledge, go here, your pets will thank you.

The staff are friendly & helpful, the Vets are knowledgeable & share information in an easily understood manner. Everyone is so nice, the place is clean & inviting!! I love my Animal Hospital & it's staff so much -- when our beloved family toy poodle was gravely ill, we worried he'd feel abandoned as we hospitalized him. They not only saved his life (!) but they cuddled, held & pet him as he recovered; they supported our little family member emotionally, too!! Dr.Gallagher is a very caring, professional, and skilled DMV. She vaccinated and drew blood from my very uncooperative kitty, and was patient throughout the challenging encounter. Her front desk clerk was also very kind, courteous, and assisted Dr.Gallagher as needed. I will be bringing all 6 of my kitties to Happy Tails for their medical care.😺😺😺😺😺😺
