I have been a consistent client at High Octane Training and Therapy for over a year now and have had an amazing experience. I have seen every chiropractor, physiotherapist, osteopath and massage therapist at the clinic and they have all supported me with mobility, functional strength training, and relieving muscle tightness. The best part about the team is that they collaborate and work well together to create an optimal treatment plan for me.
I started my massage therapy journey at High Octane back in May 2024 with Omar for lower back issues dating back to several years. It greatly helped but I needed more than massages to fix my weak back so Omar started me on an exercise program to do at-home which I did diligently and which greatly helped .. but I also wanted to invest in my health and get back in shape as I was retiring and would have more free time.
