I have been coming to this place for over a year and I had to leave a review specifically to highlight the excellent service provided by Aleksander. Whenever I check in at the front desk, he is always incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. It is so refreshing to see a young person taking so much pride in his work. He is s great asset to this facility.

Come here if joining a gym scares you. I can't say enough great things about this place. It is a locally owned, family run small business which I love. Andrew takes the time to welcome you, get to know you and what your goals are, and will suggest what he thinks will help based on his expert knowledge.
