I have to say, having used several storage units in Idaho - High Mountain has been consistent, reliable, responsive and try to be helpful. There's not much I need from a storage unit, but they don't hike prices on you each month while you're going through the stress of figuring out your life.
We have been with high Mountain Storage in Cascade for 4 years. We moved from another town, and built a home. It has been a great experience, without issues as we transition all of our things out and into our new home.
