One of the best HVAC companies in Missoula, MT. They helped us with new construction in Seeley Lake. They were communicative, timely, and receptive to feedback throughout the project. These guys replace parts whether its needed or not. Terrible response, did nothing to repair the issue, overcharged for the parts they did replace. Would not recommend.

Polite, kind, friendly, and communicative top to bottom from the phone call to service. They answered the phone quickly without a voice message and were incredibly helpful. The technician Corey was to my house for my "emergency" in under 30min. He was very clear in all his explanations, went out of his way to troubleshoot when things went awry while he was here. Fast, courteous, professional, and easy to deal with is how I'd summarize my experience with high mountain heating and air. Everyone I spoke with was great and they got me technicians 3 hours earlier than originally planned and fixed up in under a hour. Fair pricing as well for such good service!
