I started going to the Parish Dr office in 2017 and Dr. DeIngenis became my PCP. She is a wonderful and compassionate doctor. I moved and the drive was to far so I changed PCP. When I moved back to the area I called to get started with Dr D again and was told she retired. So I started with Dr Gashi who was not so nice. She wants to treat her patients with homeopathic remedies. Natural medicine is great abut maybe she change her specialty to alternative medicine. I had my annual physical with Helder Rebelo. What is usually a routine visit, was much more than that. Helder takes the time to understand who you are not just as a patient, but as a person. Had a question about a bill and Lauren was extremely unprofessional. She was so rude and basically cursed me out, I have not been spoken to this way ever. My question was why an annual exam that should be fully covered is now being billed as $250? I think that is reasonable to ask, which I did so very calmly and in a kind manner. I was on the phone with her for less than a min and she lost it. Dr D, Jackie & Smadar all great at High Mountain Health parish drive, in Wayne. I have only great experiences with front desk mostly because of Lauren. She's professional knowledgeable and compassionate. This woman knows what she's doing and gets the job done. I recently had a lot of complications before I was able to get my hip replacement.
