Had a question about a bill and Lauren was extremely unprofessional. She was so rude and basically cursed me out, I have not been spoken to this way ever. My question was why an annual exam that should be fully covered is now being billed as $250? I think that is reasonable to ask, which I did so very calmly and in a kind manner. I was on the phone with her for less than a min and she lost it. Dr D, Jackie & Smadar all great at High Mountain Health parish drive, in Wayne. I have only great experiences with front desk mostly because of Lauren. She's professional knowledgeable and compassionate. This woman knows what she's doing and gets the job done. I recently had a lot of complications before I was able to get my hip replacement. We saw PA Jacquelyn Amodeo last Wednesday in the Wayne Urgent Care, she was very nice and listened to our concerns about my teenage daughter. We left with two prescriptions, but this morning after 2 days of our visit she called advising me that after obtaining the blood work results we needed to rush the other prescription. I am so relieved we followed her recommendations
