From the first meeting with Peter until the kitchen was cleaned up, working with High Mountain was amazing. The staff are professional and friendly and the food delicious and served beautifully. Our guests commented on the friendliness and efficiency of the staff as much as the quality of the food. I highly recommend High Mountain if you want a beautifully run and elegant gathering.
My husband and I took a private class from chef Peter O’Brien. I cannot say enough good things about That kitchen has every neat gadget. We learned several yummy courses and then got to eat. It is a festive atmosphere and not intimidating at all. Peter and his wife Cara were great to chat with. This was a win for us.
Peter & Cara O'Brien and Team were fantastic. The food was excellent and the personality of the entire group just added to the life of our holiday event.
High Mountain Cuisine (HMC) ROCKS! We hired HMC to cater a private dinner for 20 men, all of whom have high expectations. Each and every person raved about the exquisite tastes in each portion of our 4 part meal. Bison tenderloin, Crab Louie, crawfish corn dogs, blueberry corn pudding and more. Not only was the food delicious, Peter and his helpers were efficient, tidy, and just fun to be around. Full-throated endorsement of High Mountain Cuisine!
Outstanding service, Incredible food... Seriously incredible food (this is coming from a group of French food lovers and people from 5 different continents)!!!
