High mountain crossfit is an extremely welcoming community!! Coming from AZ, I was scared to join a new gym where I knew nobody but everyone made my experience so so amazing. Love the atmosphere, the workout was structured and challenging and very well supervised and explained. I felt welcomed, pushed and guided. Thank you for a fun amd flufilling workout, your positive energy is contagious! I will definitely be back.
Coach T is amazing. Today was my second day back to the gym since my shoulder surgery. T helped modify my workout today and always has helpful suggestions. She’s endlessly positive, supportive, and truly cares about her athletes. I always feel encouraged and confident training with her!
I've been with High Mountain since it opened and can't say enough about the coaches and the facility. The support and comraderie that comes with my 'Aces' class is the best.
I’ve been a member of High Mountain for five years, and I truly love the community there. The 5am crew is obviously the best —they’re more than workout partners, they’re my family. Kelly has done such a great job encouraging and motivating me toward my goals—I’m truly grateful for her support!
