Good food, bad tenants. Lots of kids, dog poop etc.

Nessy did very well managing this apartment complex, she built a great community aiming towards a family community. They saying “don’t judge a book by its cover” is so true the city I come from you don’t hear children playing outside after 8. Maintenance was amazing they came as soon as you needed it.. Thank you nessy for making another state feel like home🙏🏾
Lived here for about a year now. Going to extend another year. The rent increase was very small. Laundry room is nice, neighbors are nice and the manager Nessy often offers Tacos or different food items for free. Very nice, & i generally get quick service when needed! If someone asked me if they should move here, I'd suggest it 9/10 times.
I recently moved out of state, however I lived in high mountain apartments the last 2 years and the manager is amazing! Helped my son and I get our very first home after years of trying. My neighbors were all like family. Beautiful grassy lawns, pet friendly! 5 stars!
