I needed to replace my husbands iPhone and the girl told me that I didn’t have to activate the phone with AT&T….several hours driving back and forth to the store plus paid $1000 only to find out device is locked by AT&T and my provider (sprint) can’t unlock it.
both Audrey and Macey were just so easy to work with. They were both knowledgeable and had great patience as we set up our new phones. The change from Verizon needed a lot of help from them. Would recommend them wholeheartedly.
