Seriously horrible customer service. After waiting an hour to get help, we were informed that we were not eligible for an upgrade. After calling AT&T and showing Misty, the sales rep, that we were eligible, she became angry and showed us serious attitude. 2 hours into our visit, she informed us she couldn't do the upgrade. Of course, by that time it was their Saturday closing time of 3:00. We did not get our upgrade.
Terrible customer service. I went in to get a pay as you go SIM card for my AT&T phone. They refused to sell it to me saying they "were not making money off of me as a customer"... I'm not sure what exactly they were talking about as I would have been paying AT & T for service on a monthly basis. They weren't even kind enough to explain it to me, the man in charge just reamed me out after I asked for help. I assume it was because they do not benefit from any sort of pay as you go plan.
