Could be a wonderful park but from what I am hearing things promised aren't being delivered. Roads are horrible and they are good at singling out people for one reason or another while letting others get away with things. I have several friends up there and they all say the same thing.
My father lived in this park for many years. The management team were very professional and knowledgeable. They were compassionate and understanding during difficult times. Highly recommend this community if youre looking for a clean, highly attentive, family friendly place to live.
