Dr. Contreras and his staff were totally amazing.
Dr. Contreras has provided me with the extra time and certainly medical expertise that I needed as I faced multiple and confusing medical issues over the last two years. His team is amazing and supportive, and everyone at High Mark, but MOST importantly my doctor, treats me with compassion, patience and understanding. I am so very happy that High Mark is here in Prescott; they are accessible, available and high quality care led by an amazing doctor.
Dr Contreras staff always gets us in within a day of when we call. He is always compassionate and we feel so confident that he is overseeing our health. We know we are always getting the most up to date information on our health issues and what our options are for treatment. Dr Contreras and his office staff are always friendly and we always feel he listens to us and is there to help.
Dr. Contreras is everything you’d want from a primary care doctor and more. This is how medicine was meant to be practiced- personal, unhurried, patient-centered. And his staff are incomparable.
The staff treated my 96 year old mother with great respect. Emily was very professional when we checked in. She informed us that Dr. Contreras was out of the office and would not be able to see my mother; however, she offered us the option of rescheduling or seeing the nurse practitioner. We chose to see Jen, the nurse practitioner, and she was lovely. Janey, the med tech, was very upbeat and kind and related to my mother well.
