I heard about High Mark Insurance from my brother. After getting the normal periodic poor treatment from my auto insurer, I called up High Mark and haven't regretted it. They aren't pushy, and will conduct business on whatever level you want. (E-mail, Phone, etc,...) I saved money too... Support a local business who has skin in the game!
