I recently had an issue with part of my ridge vent capping taking flight in high winds. Keith Hinckle was quick to help when I reached out to High Mark. He assessed the damage, covered the open ridge vent and saw the project through to repair. My ridge vent capping is good as new and you would never know the damage occurred. You can be confident when you reach out to High Mark and especially Keith Hinckle. He walked that roof like he lived up there and made sure there was no other hidden damage. 10/10 would call again.
This company changed my roof in October 2025. Mr. Keith Hinkle was the project manager who worked with me. They inspected my roof initially and found out the damages caused by the previous months thunderstorm and documented the same and helped me submit the claim to the insurance agency. The insurance agency rejected two times, but Keith brought in proof of the damage and convinced that changing a few shingles only will worsen the situation.
