We got excellent results and Dr Pompei was very patient and a great communicator to my tween/teen. The staff is lovely and responsive.
I booked a second-opinion consultation (consult plus panoramic X-rays). On the morning of the appointment, while I was already traveling to the office, I was told that additional cephalometric imaging was needed, substantially raising the total cost. The office did say I could cancel without charge, but given that I had arranged my day around the visit and was already en route, I felt I had little practical flexibility.
