We got excellent results and Dr Pompei was very patient and a great communicator to my tween/teen. The staff is lovely and responsive.
I booked a second-opinion consultation (consult plus panoramic X-rays). On the morning of the appointment, while I was already traveling to the office, I was told that additional cephalometric imaging was needed, substantially raising the total cost. The office did say I could cancel without charge, but given that I had arranged my day around the visit and was already en route, I felt I had little practical flexibility. We were visiting from out of state when my daughter’s appliance broke. They were able to fit us in and fixed the appliance quickly! They were all so kind and we are so thankful to them for seeing us!
