Very worst place for car wash, It’s scratch my car very badly.
I’ve been coming to this car wash for at least 10 years, but unfortunately this will be my last visit. I was just charge for their “super deluxe” wash, and the interior of the car barely looked touched. it didn’t even seem like there was a real attempt to clean it. I wish Google allowed videos in reviews because the condition of the car afterward would speak for itself. It’s very frustrating to see the service decline this much after being a long-time customer. Really disappointing experience.
I visited the car wash. When I paid with my card, 17 dollars were charged. After 2-3 hours, without my consent, an additional 100 dollars were charged. I warn that those who come here should not hand over their card to the car wash. I consider this an unauthorized charge and ask you to pay attention to this.
Paid for the priciest diamond wash package, car came out with visible dirt on the exterior and the interior. The one gentleman drying the car left half of the car wet and to further add to the poor experience, they dropped tire protectant gel on the floor and it splashed on my dog. Do not come here.
I washed my cars here many time but today I was very disappointed for attitude of the guy taking the payment he didn’t wanna take any card only cash wants to take from the line to get cash and come I told him what you’re asking people to cash it’s not legal plus attitude he ended up to let me in .
