Staff don’t know common decency, rude and obnoxious comments made towards patients seeking help, long wait times due to staff becoming “overly friendly” with certain individuals.

My husband was hospitalized this past summer for something somewhat serious. Dr. Beierle was dismissive, rude, and had a very arrogant attitude toward my husband and I when we would voice our concerns during a pretty scary time. Our case got transferred to Dr. TJ after Dr. Beierle had to leave town. Dr. TJ was compassionate, understanding, and so reassuring. He had a wonderful bedside manner. I received wonderful care from the nurses and doctors during my cesarean, and also when I walked into emergency. Dr. Russowe was incredible. The only thing that made no sense to me was being put into a double room with only a curtain to separate us and another mom who had just delivered a baby. As soon as my baby and I were asleep, hers would wake up crying and then we were all awake. It happened to them because of us as well.
