I was searching for a last minutes simple blowdry. I called and asked politely if they had any availability at 10AM. The lady said yes and that I did not need an appointment. When I come in shortly after she’s says there’s an hour wait time. They’re not the brightest people working there and customer service is terrible.
Never coming back again. I have never experienced something so distasteful before. Nobody has manners, or cared about what I had to say. One star. No star.
