Anya, my hair feels so good after last night's cut and color. Thank you for turning my vague requests into a full vision! I love this salon, especially Anya and Alice. From long hair to new bangs to asymmetrical bobs and undercuts, peekaboo highlights to full platinum transformations, I have loved every visit.
I fear I got an extremely bad blowout here where the salonist actually BURNED my hair off. She barely put any product/heat protectant on it (color treated) before starting, and used too high of heat. You can actually see the breakage sticking up like static in all of my photos from the event I went to. I am now extremely stressed about the state of my hair. and it ruined my night. Fetija gave me THE BEST HAIRCUT I’ve had in NYC in at least 15 years!!! I made a last minute appointment to get one of my most dreaded errands - a haircut for long hair - over with and she welcomed me into her chair with a GIANT smile, sincere and LOVELY conversation, all the while executing my request for a precision haircut flawlessly! I hope she stays put because I don’t want anyone else’s hands and touching my hair Fetija, you are a bright light
I met Fetija for the first time right before covid, she cut my hair and I’ve followed her wherever she ended up just so only Fetija could cut my hair. I think that says enough. She’s now here at high horse salon where I also met Alice who listened to all of my concerns and executed the hair color I wanted very beautifully. Now I have the whole package in a beautifully maintained salon with wonderful and welcoming staff. I honestly couldn’t be happier in my hair styling experience.
