They don’t handle returns very well. My order was relatively inexpensive (about $50) and the packing completely intact. They said they would refund me but not for the shipping. That’s fair. Well, apparently when I first paid for my order I was charged a lower shipping cost than it actually cost to ship my item, since the amount for shipping subtracted from my refund was more than what I originally paid for shipping.
