I went to High Hand Nursery on Sunday April 2,2017. There were several events going on in addition to the Cafe. There were hundreds of people on the property barely able to handle the amount. The parking lot was completely full as was both sides of Taylor Road congested with parked cars . The traffic was jammed. I went to find some help. There were 2 young girls at an outside cashier. I was told by them and the receptionist in the cafe that these 2 girls were the only ones on the property working with no supervising personne... read more
Poor Service and Rude Owner!! Stay Away – Purchased several "over priced" items. I had trouble lifting them into my car and the owner (Scott) said he could not assist. I said I wanted to return and get my money back. The owner said he would only give me a in store credit. This was after I paid no more then 10 minute before. I will never shop there again and will tell all my friends this story.
