My experience with John's biz started on supermarket parking lot, when I asked if he did 'small' jobs. His 'yes' led to his visit at my quarter acre to examine 2 trees. He said the younger one (20 y/o) was fine and needed no work. The elder one, a 35 y/o red maple, was healthy but needed a thorough pruning to prevent branches scraping garage roof. Excellent work from John and his crew. John came to give me an estimate within a day or two of my initial call, told me when he would do the job, came when he said he would, did what he said he'd do, and left the place clean and neat. Very happy with the work.

I called several tree service companies, 3 said they would come and give me an estimate, but they never came or called. Then High Guys called. Showed up that afternoon and took care of things at a fair price. I am more than pleased. I will definitely call them again when I need free services.
