We had our roof done a year ago. At first everything went well, until we had communication issues. I’m giving 5 stars because the actual men that did the work did a fantastic job! The job was done in one day and did great with clean up.
If you want your roof done the correct way, choose a different company. They will claim they know how to put ridge tiles on your roof, but they do not! All of my ridge tiles had to be removed because of the poor job this company performed. Once I found a company who knew how to install ridge tiles the correct way, High Guard said they would pay the entire bill. High Guard asked where to send the check, but never sent the company a check to do the work. I had to pay $11,000 out of pocket to get my roof fixed due to High Guard... read more
Highguard really looked out for us! They were quick and professional when replacing my roof. They made sure my husband and I knew exactly what we were getting and what we could expect throughout the process.
