I had an electrical problem I called them and they were prompt on sending someone out to fix my problem didn’t even have to wait.The gentleman they sent out was very friendly and fast and did an awesome job
I had an emergency power outage yesterday afternoon. Todd was able to assist with my issues in a timely and professional manner. He was courteous and took the time to explain exactly what was needed and how it was to be accomplished in my time of panic and need. Power was restored quickly with his help. Pricing was extremely fair for the emergency needs and I highly recommend High Ground Electric for any and all electrical needs.
Sharing an exceptional service story that occurred on the weekend. I had a circuit breaker I thought was failed. Today a very professional electrician from High Ground Electric drove through snow clogged traffic to install an electric heater in my house that had burned out. The installation was quick, he checked everything thoroughly before he left. This is the second time I used High Ground Electric. The first time I had some GFI outlets that had to be replaced.
