Absolutely amazing help. Professional, and clearly skilled and knowledgeable about the electrical issue, patient, and caring to make sure the problem was resolved. Fill assured that you will receive the help you need. I know it sounds a bit over the top because it was!
I called Todd for help when I was worried I drilled and hit a wire. Even though he had never worked with us before, he stayed on the phone, answered all my questions, and helped me come up with a solution. It was even on a holiday! I am so grateful to Todd for his help, and will certainly be calling him for any future electrical work.
High Ground Electric responded quickly after a construction crew accidentally cut the power main to our house. They installed a temporary power fix right away to get us through the immediate outage, then offered two solid options for a permanent repair. I was quoted a fair price up front, and the next day two skilled electricians came out and completed the job. The work was done professionally and efficiently. Highly recommend.
THIS! This is the type of company you want to hire. I called them up on the weekend and an electrician answered the phone. I talked him through the problem. He said, "let me save you some money" and gave me some suggestions for something to try as an easy fix. I tried it and it worked. Obviously, everyone won't have a problem as simple as mine, but I really appreciate any company nowadays that cares enough about the customer to take the time and effort to try to save them a few bucks and teach them to "fish for themselves." ... read more
Todd was a huge help to me over the phone. I had no power at multiple outlets and he walked me through possible causes via pics and conversations. He pointed me in the right direction and I would not have figured this out on my own. He saved me a big repair bill. I highly recommend High Ground Electric!!
