I had an emergency power outage yesterday afternoon. Todd was able to assist with my issues in a timely and professional manner. He was courteous and took the time to explain exactly what was needed and how it was to be accomplished in my time of panic and need. Power was restored quickly with his help. Sharing an exceptional service story that occurred on the weekend. I had a circuit breaker I thought was failed. I called several electrician businesses and kept getting a voicemail or an answering service. When I called High Ground Electric, someone answered to discuss the issue and weekend rates. Before having an electrician come to my home, Todd whom I talked to requested pictures of the circuit breaker, panel and the issue.
