Rubbish service... can never get an appointment, always told to go to the pharmacy only to be told by the pharmacist that it's a GP matter. Can't believe our health is in the hands of some irresponsible bunch of people. Staff at reception is so rude. I am now changing surgery. Always best to go with a small surgery rather then a practice.
What’s the point of a reception service when the team send you back to fill out an “online” form to fill out - whilst I’m right there on the line ready to book an appointment… The online service gets clocked out by 08:30. Seriously consider changing practices.
They don’t treat you like an human. We are just a number for them neither doctors nor staff is ready to treat us like human so sad
Why I’m Leaving; This practice makes it as difficult as possible to get appointments always telling you to use their sight even if you have mental even for those whom are suicidal or linguistic barriers. They do not take mental health seriously. The doctors themselves are okay when you can see them once every 5 months. You have a 20 minute window to get appointments within 4 working days from 8am to 8:20 before it gets closed. Since the closure of the previous practice, and changing to this practice the service has been extremely poor and chaotic to say the least. I spoke with a fairly unhelpful member of the Reception team this morning who assumed 25.12.25 was 2025!! then went on to ask me for the name of the “child” when I’d not at any point said I was ringing about a child. The Receptionist then said “it can’t be December ‘25 we’re not in December yet!!” Needless to say the rest of the conversation deteriorated from there, but I think that fair... read more
