"I had a terrible experience at this GP practice. The receptionist's (Ms Sabrina Jawad)attitude, tone, and replies were triggering, rude, and unprofessional. When I requested a printout of my blood test results, she was dismissive and told me she wouldn't provide it that day. Even when I asked for my NHS number, she wasn't happy to help and made me wait for a long time. Another staff member eventually assisted me and provided the printout. If I could give this surgery 0 stars I would doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. The appointment system is shocking. They close off all requests before 10am and reception will never give you an appointment. At anytime and will just tell you to go online even though they know they’ve closed online requests. Not sure why they have receptionist employed. You always get brushed off to people that aren’t doctors as well.
Rubbish service... can never get an appointment, always told to go to the pharmacy only to be told by the pharmacist that it's a GP matter. Can't believe our health is in the hands of some irresponsible bunch of people. Staff at reception is so rude. I am now changing surgery. Always best to go with a small surgery rather then a practice.
What’s the point of a reception service when the team send you back to fill out an “online” form to fill out - whilst I’m right there on the line ready to book an appointment… The online service gets clocked out by 08:30. Seriously consider changing practices.
They don’t treat you like an human. We are just a number for them neither doctors nor staff is ready to treat us like human so sad
