Called twice the week prior to delivery confirming date and time. Had multiple friends and family take time off work to come do concrete work. Day and time came and the truck never showed up. We called to see where they were at and they said that the plant was down and they were not coming. We had a barn full of people ready to work and they never called and let us know. Very dissatisfied. Will not get our business again. Called Miller’s out of Fowler and they were at our house within 30 minutes.
Ordered two yards for a 10x10 4in thick patio. They came with the concrete and it only covered HALF of the 10x10. Even the driver of the truck agreed we were not given 2 yards and roughly measured our patio, We called the office while the concrete truck was still at the house explained to them what was happening and they said they would figure it out, my husband asked them for 1 yard while they were “figuring it out” as we had chloride In the concrete that was half poured.
