Joeis a great guy. Very knowledgeable.
After knowing Joe for nearly 20 years I was finally able to spend a little money with his company. Joe advised me on the erratic shifting on our family van and that we could continue driving until certain behaviors were noticed (and wouldn't let me pay him). We were able to drive another 18 months and 25,000 miles and we finally sent it to HGT for a rebuild. Communication was excellent, quality of workmanship was excellent, and we now have great shifting trans and no worries about another bunch of long road trips.
