I would recommend high focus to everyone if I could, whether or not they struggle with mental health, substance abuse etc. Therapists Heather, Natalie, Kristen, and Tasha are all amazing ladies that lead amazing and informative groups. Having come from a sister facility that did similar classes/groups, it felt a whole lot more organized and prepared here. The environment they create feels safe, nonjudgemental, and able to ask questions without feeling silly. Thank you ladies!

I started off here thinking this wasn’t going to work for me, but when I got into the right mindset and opened up more, it can very clear that this was going to help me reach my goals, I can out stronger on the other side from batting sever panic and depression, everything they do there helps you in ways you couldn’t imagine. All of the clinicians are awesome, highly recommended!!!!
