High focus in cranford i can honestly say this place saved my life. I had a mental breakdown and never did outpatient before. I didn't know what to expect, but immediately felt safe here. The Clinicians are a group of the most wonderful caring people. Shout to my Clinician Kaitlyn!!! They take time to get to know everyone and help them individually. Dr. Hall also listened to all my concerns and problems and got me on a medication that works best for me. I can't thank them enough!
High Focus truly goes above and beyond. The compassion, care, and support from the team made a real difference. I’m very grateful for everything they did. Special thanks to Jessica.
I was sent to high focus early November, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my time there. Since the very first day I was there, the staff and other patients showed me kindness and what it feels like to be included and respected. I could never thank them enough for helping me out of the dark place I was in and helping me find myself again. If anyone is ever struggling or needs a place to turn to, I would recommend high focus in a heartbeat.
I have a close family member go to the PHP then IOP step down program for treatment and I have seen a big improvement in her health and mood wise. The program helped her in many ways, and she now has a new lease on life thanks to the clinicians and psychiatrist on staff. She credits Jen the clinician for putting her on the path to wellness, and coping skills for life that are less destructive and more conducive to success. High Focus Centers deserves zero stars. The staff did not listen to the patient at all, no matter how many times concerns were brought up. It felt like they walked in with a pre-written script and forced a diagnosis that made no sense, completely ignoring what was actually happening. The “assessment” was rushed, careless, and honestly insulting. They misdiagnosed the patient and acted like they knew everything, even though they clearly weren’t paying attention.
