I like that they do not force you to share your feelings to others unlike Princeton House Outpatient Program
I never believed in therapy before, until I was desperate enough for anyone to help me at my lowest. I was recommended to High Focus and their IOP program, and I could not be happier with the service they provide. I worked with Bryce, Joe, Elena, Allie, and Cecilia three times a week in group therapy, and with Dr. Widroff once a week for my psychiatrist appointment. I was never disappointed. This is going to be a very long review, but I hope that you’ll read if you are considering going here. This place is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in centers like this. I never heard good things about the other doctor, but the female doctor was somehow always on vacation and never available. She also accused me of ‘seeking medication’… for SSRI’s.
