if you’re looking to make ur adolescent gain basic knowledge of emotional regulation, this place for sure has it. in php and iop is it practically the same repetitive loop of coping skills and basic empathy skills. it is so boring and doesn’t help at all. in the school the teacher didn’t even understand or help with our work.. i came back to my high school with F’s. there was barley even any communication with my therapist there, but it could be because i wanted to get out of there so bad id keep our sessions short. one of t... read more
My daughter had a wonderful experience at High Focus! The staff was nurturing, encouraging and thorough. My daughter felt very safe and welcome there! She particularly enjoyed the group sessions. I would definitely recommend!
I am so grateful for High Focus. I have gained so many skills to help take better care of myself and my mental health. I am filled with so much more self compassion and so much more self love. The support I received from other peers and counselors uplifted me and allowed me to heal and better understand myself. I am so thankful for my experience.
