Unhelpful and disorganized, do yourself a favor and find a better center. Adam particularly not helpful. Their billing systems are sub-par and incorrectly showing balances owed for services paid over eighteen months ago.
This program was positively wonderful and highly beneficial for my family. My son was in the adolescent PHP program and my wife and I were able to observe vast improvement to his mental health. Recently the management underwent a change in leadership and the new lead therapist was wonderful in improving the care given. Family sessions and family based treatment was very beneficial. This place was A total shit show while I was there. The carrot threw a binder. The one with the cat tattoo wouldn’t let me go on a walk. The ghost one wouldn’t let me eat my cup noodles. The giant male dude guy told me that the vending machine didn’t like me. The Karen woman looked like that cook from trolls and told my father that he didn’t know how to parent and that Dina one would say “stop banging the wall. Some of us are trying to work”. 0/10 would rather get sent back to the hospital than be here again.
