We had Keith out to service our sub zero fridge today. It was making a loud gurgling sound. Keith knew exactly what to do to alleviate the sound and made the adjustment in record time. Keith also went over maintenance for our wolf oven and gas stove. Great experience and we will be calling High End for any repairs in the future!
We had our kitchen cabinets redone and somehow our Wolf warming drawer stopped working. So we found High End Service through Google and Jacob Hartog was our service technician. Jacob was very professional-wore a mask, booties for his shoes and brought a furniture blanket and tools and went straight to work. Jacob fixed the warming drawer and let me know what he had done. They got me a service appointment very next day. Jacob came out and was right on time and very thorough. Diagnose the problem quickly that was very a uncommon problem. I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Also, he was very kind. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again as well.

We were so pleased with Jacob at High End. He was able to diagnose, research and put us in touch with the proper folk to help replace a unit. He was in touch with us every step of the way. It is the only company we will use for service.
