I had an issue with my Wolf cooktop and contacted Wolf directly. I was a bit disappointed with using the simmer mode - it didn't work on four burners. Wolf arranged for High-End Service to come and evaluate my cooktop and I didn't have to pay for that service. High-End was very professional and contacted me with arrival status all along the way.
