Total waste of time. Ed as he calls himself comes in and promises you a great job. When it is all said and done you will have a mess on your hands. Un even flooring, thin set and grout all over your furniture and walls. Forget about calling and complaining, he tells you that it is not his responsibility and if you dont pay him he will show up with 4 of his guys to beat it out of you.
