Horrible etiquette and manners. I made a reasonable offer, which was over kbb and I was completed berated over email. Incredibly unprofessional. Avoid this place due to their over priced cars and rude service.
Zod was a truly professional car salesman. I didn't feel pressure to buy a car. After the purchase, I had a question about the car and he let me see him to see the car. He saw the car and answered my concern, and I was at ease after that. I will recommend others to him who would like to buy a car, thank you.
