I don’t live that close to Laverton but it’s always worth the trip. I’ve used quite a few places like Crystals but these guys are one of the beat. Definitely worth the extra travel for a decent clean and friendly service. Thanks team.
Worst service and experience with staff. Opted in for 19 dollar service advertised on website. They did not provide wheel/tyre gloss said it’s not included when I showed them their website they agreed to do as if it’s a favour No wax spray done as well. When asked one of the employees said it’s not intended when argued a bit more they said it was already done. No point speaking with these fools. Excellent service from Gary. The car looks spotless inside and out, with great attention to detail. Friendly staff and professional work. Highly recommended!
Not cleaned properly. Buttons have deep dirt, areas left unwiped/uncleaned, wheel marks not removed properly, car seats were extremely wet and now i have got water marks all over my seat and the car looks even dirtier after cleaning and even the basic dust is not removed. I have just thrown away $196. Jim’s is far far better.
