I have a 2005 Divel tandem axle braked car trailer. I have used HEA for inspections. Most recently, he coordinated resources to have the trailer sandblasted, top and underneath, and protected with undercoating in black. I had all mechanicals checked and got new tires. Eli is a great mechanic and manager as well very pleasant to interact with in person or on phone.
