Top notch service from Terri over the phone to Dale who comes out to help service your equipment. We bought a heat pump a couple of years back and they were great then. Had an issue with it and they were out, same day with a quick fix. You can tell they care about their customers. Great work!

Friendly fast efficient
Our furnace went out when it was in the -40s, and they answered my call at 2:30 AM. They were extremely helpful over the phone, giving clear suggestions on how to temporarily heat the house until they arrived. Dale showed up first thing in the morning. The whole experience was stress free very fair pricing, very personable, and easy to deal with. Honest, professional, and genuinely caring. Overall, a great experience. I’d absolutely recommend them. Thanks again Dale for your help.
Dale answered his phone right away on Boxing Day morning, came out promptly, diagnosed the issue and repair done same day! Awesome service, provided good education for upkeep
