Great company, we were long time customers of another hvac company, who left us hanging when our furnace quit working in late December, we called high efficiency heating on a Sunday night, and Dale showed up around 10pm to help us out. Had it up and running in about 30 minutes. They ended up replacing our furnace and than our ac, a few months later, just an awesome crew, glad we found them.

Top notch service from Terri over the phone to Dale who comes out to help service your equipment. We bought a heat pump a couple of years back and they were great then. Had an issue with it and they were out, same day with a quick fix. You can tell they care about their customers. Great work!

Our furnace went out when it was in the -40s, and they answered my call at 2:30 AM. They were extremely helpful over the phone, giving clear suggestions on how to temporarily heat the house until they arrived. Dale showed up first thing in the morning. The whole experience was stress free very fair pricing, very personable, and easy to deal with. Honest, professional, and genuinely caring. Overall, a great experience. I’d absolutely recommend them. Thanks again Dale for your help.
