I had leak with my mini split air conditioner. Their customer service was very responsive and accommodating to my needs. The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They very quickly were able to identify and fix the problem. I would definitely use them again.

High Efficiency came out in October when we had no heat. They recommended we replace our furnace and duct work. I spoke to a woman at the office regarding the heat loan process. She advised me that I could pay for the furnace on my credit card and use the heat loan to pay it off after the fact. They came out the following week and replaced the gas furnace.
