They came out on 6/10/26 for biannual maintenance. Ten days later I went downstairs for the first time and there were puddles around the system. I called that Saturday and the on call guy said will come over, I said no rush. He called me back and said supervisor said it would cost $ 700 dollars for the visit, I declined, how come the employees miss the crack.
