Impossible to get in touch with them over the phone. Always got their voicemail after numerous attempts on different times and days.
I went there, DR was pompous and rude; rushed through the appointment with an impatient tone. Gregorian I think it was. Why do we have such bad choices in the High Desert for healthcare? Do we get stuck with crappy choices because it’s the Desert? I live in Apple Valley, but have to go down the hill for good healthcare, that’s crazy! Lastly, I have a balance and I want to pay it, and they never answer their phones. This is one way I guess I may get in contact with them?

The office manager Jennifer and the nurse practitioner Cindy who saw me were very caring for my situation and I felt like they truly did want to help me, even though it was my first appointment. I have never felt more relieved by a medical team that truly made me feel like they cared and wanted to help the best they could.
