The actual location of their operation in inside Lark Mobile HOME Park, owned and operated by Gabriel Larkins,, where they operate outside of business hours boiling tar inside a residential environment. The tar machine is left with toxic fumes and a large fire safety violation directly next to homes. The employees leave late at night blaring accordian music as they have no regards for the tenants. This company is amazing! My husband and I are dealing with quite a few contractors right now trying to get everything done at our house and High Desert Paving has topped anyone in customer service and job completion. I would give them a million stars if I could. I called them to come out and bid the job and that was done immediately. We were given a bid to redo our driveway that was affordable.
